Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute the digital marketing strategy for Jitterbit LATAM, working in close partnership with our global marketing organization and global agency. This role is critical for driving brand awareness, generating pipeline, and supporting our regional growth efforts through paid and organic digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the entire LATAM digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities and messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels.
- Oversee and improve the regional website performance, collaborating with global teams to enhance UX, content, SEO, and conversions.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword strategies, technical SEO alignment, and content recommendations to drive organic visibility.
- Manage and support social media strategies, ensuring consistent storytelling and audience engagement across LATAM.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, regional stakeholders, SDR team, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, best practices, tools, and platform changes to continuously elevate our digital presence.
Requiriments:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, analytics, website optimization, and social media.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing frameworks, performance metrics, and lead generation tactics.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, due to daily interaction with global teams.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce is considered a strong plus.
- Experience working with marketing automation, analytics tools, and/or global B2B tech environments is an advantage.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution and analytical skills.
