Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in São Paulo, SP. The Lawyer will handle legal research, draft and review legal documents, provide counsel on legal matters, and represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings. Additional responsibilities include advising on regulatory compliance, managing contracts, and mitigating legal risks to ensure business and operational success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Contract Drafting
  • Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Law
  • Negotiation, Mediation, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid legal practicing license in Brazil
  • Experience in the corporate or commercial legal domain is an advantage
