Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cartographer located in São José dos Campos, SP. The Cartographer will be responsible for performing topographic surveys, creating and updating maps, utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and working with Quantum GIS. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting, analyzing, interpreting geographical data, and presenting the data in a user-friendly format.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Topographic Surveys and Cartography
  • Proficiency with Quantum GIS and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
  • Experience in creating and updating Maps
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
  • Relevant certifications in GIS or Cartography are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, Cartography, Surveying, or related field
