About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure to strengthen our DevOps culture and help scale our systems securely and reliably.

You'll be a key driver of automation, scalability, observability, and security for our cloud-based infrastructure, working closely with software engineers to streamline deployments and operations. You will also play a central role in preparing our infrastructure for regulatory compliance, licenses, and security audits, ensuring we meet the highest standards of reliability and trust.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on
    AWS
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
    pipelines.
  • Ensure
    observability and monitoring
    across services and environments.
  • Implement
    security best practices
    and compliance controls across infrastructure.
  • Support and prepare systems for
    external audits and licensing requirements
    .
  • Improve CI/CD workflows and accelerate developer productivity.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers in DevOps best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, etc.).
  • Strong background in
    a
    utomation, scalability, and system reliability.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern monitoring stacks.
  • Strong security-first mindset and experience with compliance or audit-ready infrastructure.
  • Advanced English proficiency, for effective communication in international contexts and during audits/compliance processes.
