Descrição do Cargo

O(a) Engenheiro(a) DevOps será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e manter ambientes de integração e entrega contínua (CI/CD), garantindo alta disponibilidade, segurança e eficiência dos pipelines utilizados nos produtos de software e soluções IoT da Nextpower. Atuará em estreita colaboração com as equipes de Desenvolvimento, QA, IoT e Operações, assegurando que os processos de build, deploy e monitoramento ocorram de forma automatizada, segura e escalável.

O(a) profissional ideal deverá ter sólida experiência em Azure DevOps, automação de infraestrutura e práticas modernas de segurança, com capacidade analítica e visão sistêmica para propor melhorias contínuas.

Funções Principais

  • Projetar, implantar e manter pipelines de CI/CD para integração, testes e deploy automatizados;

  • Gerenciar e otimizar ambientes Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions ou Jenkins;

  • Automatizar o provisionamento e configuração de infraestrutura (IaC – Terraform, Ansible, etc.);

  • Implementar processos seguros de gerenciamento de chaves, autenticação e criptografia;

  • Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e QA na integração e validação contínua de software;

  • Monitorar e analisar a performance dos pipelines, identificando gargalos e propondo melhorias;

  • Garantir a conformidade com padrões de segurança e boas práticas DevOps;

  • Atuar como facilitador técnico, disseminando boas práticas de DevOps dentro dos times;

  • Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, review e retro);

  • Apoiar a evolução de processos e ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento.

Qualificações Requeridas

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em funções DevOps;

  • Experiência comprovada com pipelines CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI ou GitHub Actions);

  • Conhecimento sólido em linguagens de automação e scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell);

  • Domínio de versionamento (Git) e melhores práticas de controle de código;

  • Experiência com Linux, containers (Docker) e orquestração (Kubernetes);

  • Familiaridade com autenticação, autorização e práticas de segurança;

  • Boa capacidade de troubleshooting e resolução de problemas complexos;

  • Comunicação clara e colaborativa, com experiência em ambientes ágeis.

Desejável

  • Conhecimento em infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Ansible);

  • Experiência com monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK);

  • Certificações em Azure DevOps, AWS ou Kubernetes;

  • Vivência com IoT, firmware ou sistemas embarcados;

  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
