As CI&T grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Data Product Manager to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain data dashboards.
Data Modeling and Visualization
Generate clear and informative data visualizations, charts, and reports using Quicksight or similar tools.
Present findings to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.
Data Quality Assurance:
Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and errors.
Develop and implement data validation and cleansing processes.
Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processes.
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
Create and update data dictionaries and data catalogs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with AWS tools such as Glue, Glue Catalog, S3, and Athena.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is a plus.
