Application, Support and Education Specialist

Especialista em suporte de aplicativos e educação, desempenhará um papel vital na capacitação de equipes de alto desempenho em toda a região da LAC. Fará isso fornecendo suporte centrado no usuário, treinamento e iniciativas de compartilhamento de conhecimento que impulsionam a adoção de nossos aplicativos corporativos (incluindo plataformas CIS e AI como LARA, SARA e NexChat). Servirá como um elo crucial entre as TI e os utilizadores empresariais, garantindo a todos uma utilização eficaz das ferramentas digitais.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Prestar suporte de primeiro e segundo nível ao CIS e a outras aplicações desenvolvidas por TI na região da LAC
  • Resolver e solucionar problemas funcionais e técnicos, escalando quando necessário.
  • Colaborar com as equipes de suporte global para garantir uma transferência e resolução eficientes e eficazes.
  • Documentar e manter artigos da base de conhecimentos e guias do usuário para o CIS e outras aplicações desenvolvidas por TI na região da LAC
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento e entrega de sessões de treinamento (virtuais e presenciais) para aplicações corporativas e ferramentas de IA.
  • Apoiar a execução do LAC AI Journey, facilitando as experiências de integração e aprendizagem.
  • Contribuir para a criação de materiais de formação utilizando conteúdos da equipe DART e outros recursos globais.
  • Promover a utilização de plataformas de IA (LARA, SARA, NexChat) e ajudar os usuários a integrá-las nos seus fluxos de trabalho diários.
  • Atuar como elo de ligação entre os usuários comerciais e a equipe de TI para obter feedback e identificar as necessidades de treinamento
  • Participar de reuniões multifuncionais para alinhar os esforços de suporte e educação com as prioridades comerciais.
  • Compartilhar conhecimentos com colegas, formadores e especialistas no assunto para desenvolver a capacidade interna.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Formção em Gestão de TI, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com plataformas de IA ou ferramentas de adoção digital.
  • Conhecimento dos princípios de gestão da mudança.
  • Inglês - intermédio/avançado.
  • Espanhol - intermédio/avançado.
