As a People Analytics Expert – LatAm, you will be part of a regional HR team that partners closely with leaders across LatAm countries. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy: you'll be responsible for transforming people data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of regional HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, demographics, productivity).
- Translate complex data into clear insights to guide workforce planning and organizational decisions.
- Manage and monitor compliance requirements across LatAm (e.g., legal quotas, workforce reporting).
- Analyze employee engagement and eNPS results, turning feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data-driven strategies for talent, cost, and workforce efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in analytics and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with global People Analytics teams to ensure alignment on methodology and tools.
Role Qualifications
- Experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Planning in multinational environments.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Solid understanding of HR metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.
- Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with the ability to connect data to business strategy.
