Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operational Specialist. The role is located in Bom Despacho, MG, but some work from home is acceptable. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, supporting sales teams, handling project management tasks, and performing data analysis. The individual will be expected to coordinate and streamline operations to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.

- Analytical Skills for data analysis and operational efficiencies
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
- Sales experience to support and enhance sales operations
- Operations Management and Project Management skills for overseeing and optimizing processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of industry-specific practices and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management
