Senior Golang Developer

We are looking for Senior Go Developers to join our team on a cutting-edge project The project involves understanding client's schemas, collaborating with platform teams, writing a batch job to migrate data between PostgreSQL databases, and updating a gRPC service in Go.
Tasks- Responsibilities:
You will work with the existing engineering team and help contribute to the direction of the projection and team; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions;
- Create and maintain APIs, rSpec testing suite, and middleware to facilitate data flow between systems;
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve integration issues;
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations during integration processes;
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance to provide optimal experience;
- Ability to design maintainable database schemas and easy-to-understand data structures;
- Ability to design technical solutions with little direction or guidance;
- Engage in the team's organizational processes, such as planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective collaboration and feedback;
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Proactively identify and address potential technical issues and bottlenecks.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development;
- Proficiency Go programming language;
- Experience with distributed system and storages (PostgreSQL, Cassandra and so on);
- Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift, gRPC and the ability to design and implement maintainable APIs;
- Proficiency in developing and deploying services and RESTful APIs;
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Linux systems.
- Nice to Have:
Experience with Python; - Familiarity with unit testing and other automated testing.
Working Conditions:
For LATAM - full overlap with PST.
