We are looking for an Observability Engineer to join our team and work for a large multinational company in the food and beverage sector. This is an opportunity to handle monitoring and system reliability in a high-scale, complex environment. If you have experience in SRE and are seeking challenges in large-scale operations, this is the role for you

Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of production systems, creating high-quality alerts to improve incident detection and prevention.

Preferred tools: AppDynamics (advantageous), New Relic, DataDog, Dynatrace, or similar.

Software Architecture Support: With prior experience in software development, understand the solution's architecture and identify opportunities to enable monitoring and custom alerts.

Preferred languages: Java and/or Golang (not mandatory).

Troubleshooting: Investigate real-world production issues using reported metrics to identify root causes, collaborating with the application team.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve the reliability and performance of services.

Requirements for this challenge:

Practical experience with performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics is a plus, but New Relic, DataDog, or Dynatrace are also acceptable).

Background in software development, with a solid understanding of architecture and system integration.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Golang (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience with SRE practices and DevOps culture.

Experience in troubleshooting and solving production issues.

Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies.

Knowledge of process automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
