Your
missions :


• Responsible for the revenue generation in the assigned region, ensuring the achievement of targets set by the company, in compliance with the commercial policy designated for each channel;

• Analyze, diagnose, and identify opportunities in each region to implement, monitor, and measure action plans aimed at increasing the company's product market share;

• Develop and monitor distributor performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, customer activation, product mix, etc.);

• Ensure that management information and distributor performance evaluation reports from the region are submitted regularly;

• Implement, monitor, and evaluate commercial campaigns;

• Provide technical and commercial training to distribution teams to ensure capability development, quality, and standardization in service and correct product sales;

• Guide the work of distributor promoters, ensuring optimal performance in the technical-commercial promotion of the product line, training of counter staff, and merchandising at points of sale;

• Prepare the sales forecast for the region, together with the national sales manager, evaluating results, regional potential, and distributor performance analysis;

• Support in handling customer cases, following the guidelines of the company's customer service (SAC) and under the direction of the technical department.

Your
profile :


• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or Commercial Management

• Experience in commercial management in the companion animal segment (minimum of 5 years of experience)

• In-depth knowledge of the pet market

• Business management

• Pricing management

• Distribution management

• People management

• Negotiation skills

• Computer skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)
