With our Global Service Center (GSC) footprint expanding in the Americas, we are now looking for a passionate and energetic Learning & Development Trainer to join our team in Santos, Brazil. If you're excited about driving capability development, facilitating impactful training experiences, and helping teams across the business grow and perform, this role is for you.

As an L&D Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering engaging learning experiences, supporting onboarding processes, upskilling initiatives, and strengthening knowledge around business processes across different teams. You'll work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational priorities, while also championing a culture of continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support onboarding, process refreshers, and ongoing capability building.

• Support the creation and digitalization of learning content and materials that meet learner and business needs.

• Act as a subject matter expert in process knowledge to enable cross-functional team effectiveness.

• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training strategies.
