Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Implementation Specialist, located in Florianópolis, SC. The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for installing and configuring software solutions, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that systems are implemented efficiently and effectively. This role combines analytical and technical skills to deploy solutions and support clients throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in software implementation and providing technical support
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
