Some details about your department

 We are seeking a Senior Adtech Consultant with deep specialization in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and proven experience in programmatic buying, search ads and adserving. You will be a key player in our consulting team, reporting to the Global Adtech Lead. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced Adtech solutions primarily based on the GMP stack to solve our clients' business challenges. Your main responsibility will be to help clients maximize the strategic and operational value of their advertising technology investments, with a clear focus on the Google ecosystem.
 

What we'd like you to do

Strategic and Technological Consulting:

  • Participate in and lead consulting projects on digital strategy, technological maturity (Adtech/Martech), and the design of customized solutions for clients.
  • Evaluate clients' current GMP setups, identify areas for improvement, and develop roadmaps to optimize their usage.
  • Advise clients on best practices and lead consulting and implementation projects focused on the Google Marketing Platform suite (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4), including integration with other platforms (Google Ads, Social Ads, CRM, CDP) and the client's Martech ecosystem.
  • Advanced Technical and Operational Expertise:
  • Act as a technical reference for DV360 and CM360, resolving complex issues related to trafficking, tracking, discrepancies, and configuration.
  • Master GMP's measurement and reporting capabilities (CM360, GA4), connecting advertising investment data with business outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and betas within Google Marketing Platform and assess their applicability for clients.
  • Understand and apply privacy regulations within GMP configurations.

Strategic Contribution & Business Growth:

  • Collaborate in identifying new business opportunities related to Adtech and GMP.
  • Actively participate in the development of new internal products and solutions, including those related to AI applied to digital marketing.
  • Support the Adtech Global Lead in identifying new business opportunities related to data analytics services.
     
What we'd like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Native Portuguese (Brazil) and professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus.
Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience managing, optimizing, and strategically advising on the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem (DV360, SA360, CM360). 
This includes deep, hands-on experience in operational roles, consulting, or on the client-side.
Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and solve technical and strategic problems.
Ability to understand client needs, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate business value.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently, research new solutions, and take initiative.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
