AI Engineer

Objetivo da posição:

Atuar no desenvolvimento e manutenção de uma plataforma de Inteligência Artificial que dá vida a diversos produtos e inovações. O desafio envolve projetar e implementar soluções escaláveis, garantindo qualidade, resiliência e impacto real no negócio, em colaboração com times multidisciplinares.

Responsabilidades:

  • Construir e manter sistemas de IA Generativa aplicados a diferentes produtos.
  • Projetar soluções escaláveis e resilientes em ambientes de produção.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com diferentes áreas para transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções eficazes.
  • Desenvolver aplicações em
    Python (obrigatório)
    e/ou
  • Implementar e manter arquiteturas baseadas em
    microserviços e mensageria
    .
  • Trabalhar com
    bancos NoSQL
    (MongoDB, Redis) e frameworks de IA/LLM (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Llama Index).

Pré-requisitos:

  • +3 anos de experiência em Engenharia de Software.
  • +1 ano atuando com soluções de
    IA Generativa
    (ex.: Large Language Models, diffusion models).
  • Experiência prática com Python (obrigatório) e/ou
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de microserviços e mensageria.
  • Familiaridade com frameworks de LLM e bancos NoSQL.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência na construção de
    sistemas multiagentes
    .
  • Conhecimento de
    segurança de prompts
    (Guardrails, OpenAI Moderations).
  • Experiência com
    bancos vetoriais e ferramentas de busca
    (Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch).
  • Vivência em avaliação de modelos e prompts em escala (benchmarks como MMLU, TruthfulQA, HELM).
  • Conhecimento em métricas de NLP (BLEU, ROUGE-L, BERTScore, perplexidade).
  • Certificações em Cloud/AI (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
