Business Analyst - Pleno

About the role

As a Business Analyst, this position requires a native Portuguese speaker with intermediate to advanced English skills and experience in the Life Sciences or healthcare sector. The role involves on-site work (3–5 times per week) and focuses on process improvement through app development, UI/UX expertise, and compliance validation. Key responsibilities include standardizing stakeholder processes, managing contracts and vendor documentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting Salesforce-related tasks

In this role, you will:

  • Constant mapping and opportunities for processes improvements.
  • Be able to plan and execute development tests and implement new applications (apps) assuring those improvements happen as aligned.
  • Standardized and validate (within company's compliance and best practices standards) all processes of stakeholders' teams, controlling deliverables, deadlines, data quality and pipelines.
  • Contract management, registration of relevant information within client's information and systems.
  • Validation of vendors' documentation hired by other areas within the company.
  • Access to market and Salesforce in a bureaucratic.
  • Active participation in alignments and meetings (according to the team's needs) for demands / FUPs (for both Cognizant and client's end).

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered

  • Languages: Portuguese (Native), English (intermediate to advanced).
  • Work model: 3 to 5 times / week on-site.
  • Background with Life Sciences environment (or health related attributions).
  • UI / UX experience.
