SOBRE A VAGA

Se você já atua como freelancer em gestão de mídias sociais, domina os principais pacotes de criação avançada e busca uma oportunidade de se consolidar em uma agência criativa que valoriza profissionais competentes, essa vaga é para você.

Você será responsável por
planejar, criar e executar estratégias de conteúdo para diferentes clientes
, transformando marcas em referências digitais com design de alto nível e copywriting persuasivo.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Planejamento estratégico de conteúdo para redes sociais
  • Criação de cronogramas de postagens e linha editorial
  • Produção de artes e criativos profissionais com
    Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere ou similares
  • Elaboração de copies e legendas persuasivas com foco em engajamento e conversão
  • Gestão de perfis em múltiplas plataformas (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
  • Análise de métricas e otimização contínua do desempenho
  • Colaboração direta com equipe criativa e estratégica da agência

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência comprovada como gestor(a) de mídias sociais (freelancer, agência ou projetos próprios)
  • Domínio avançado de ferramentas de design gráfico e edição (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere ou equivalentes)
  • Boa redação e habilidade em copywriting
    (capacidade de criar textos que conectam e vendem)
  • Organização e disciplina para atuar em formato remoto
  • Perfil criativo, comprometido com prazos e orientado a resultado

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência com gestão de tráfego pago ou conhecimento em anúncios
  • Portfólio com cases de marcas atendidas em social media
  • Experiência em branding e storytelling digital
  • Familiaridade com relatórios analíticos e ferramentas de automação de postagens
