Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Review consolidation opportunities
  • Provide in site and remote assistance to team
  • Train new people 
  • Acts as the liaison between operations personnel and the customers to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for internal and external reporting being sent in accordance with required schedule.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management.
Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum three (3) years practical experience as an analyst in an office/plant mixed environment supporting a fast-paced production facility
  • Associates degree or a combination of college education and relevant work experience
    English and Portuguese language skills  
  • Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (Advanced Charting, Functions for data cleaning and manipulation)
  • Ability to learn and navigate Customer platforms (SAP) successfully.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet all performance expectations
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Must be able to communicate accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably within Teams

  • Ability and willingness to manage time and safely manage multiple assignments.
