Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Nova Iguaçu, RJ. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing healthcare support services, including emergency medical assistance, training staff in relevant healthcare practices, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, maintaining accurate medical records, and communicating clearly with team members and patients to ensure proper care coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) procedures, along with basic understanding of medicine or healthcare.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Experience or capability in providing training related to healthcare practices.
- Relevant certifications, licenses, or training in healthcare or emergency medical services; advanced qualifications or specializations are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly in emergency situations.
