Hotel reviewer

Role Description

We are seeking a Hotel Reviewer for a full-time, hybrid role based in São Paulo, SP, with opportunities for remote work. The Hotel Reviewer will evaluate and review hotel properties, providing detailed insights about accommodations, amenities, and customer experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting hotels, assessing their facilities, writing comprehensive reviews, taking photographs, and collaborating with the team on suggestions to enhance content quality and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience in content creation and storytelling
• Proficient observational and analytical skills to evaluate and summarize customer experiences and hotel standards
• Basic photography and visual content creation skills are preferred
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Comfortable traveling within São Paulo and occasionally to other regions
• Proficiency in basic IT tools and content management systems is a plus
