You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in stamping processes, making sure each stage of production meets the company's quality standards.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and execute process documentation;
  • Perform line release and setups;
  • Monitor layered audits, statistical studies, and MSA analyses;
  • Act quickly in handling nonconformities, proposing improvements;
  • Track quality indicators (releases, inspections, deviations, and response times);
  • Validate trainings and corrective actions;
  • Support and follow up on action plans, ensuring assigned responsibilities and defined deadlines;
  • Conduct internal deviation controls and containment spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in Quality or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in stamping;
  • Knowledge of audits, applied statistics, MSA, and quality tools;
  • Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving and quick response skills.
