The candidate will work supporting our client's ticketing platform, collaborating closely with our backend lead (Java/Spring) and mid-senior frontend developer on customer-facing features. Requirements


• 1-2+ years professional experience with (App Router, server components, production deployments)


• Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals


• Testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)


• Proficient with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code review, conflict resolution)


• UI/design sense - can implement designs with attention to detail and understand basic UX principles


• Active user of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) - should articulate how they use AI to learn and ship faster


• Can read and make simple changes to Java/Spring Boot code

• Self-directed learner who experiments with new tools/patterns


• Understands full-stack fundamentals (API integration, data flow)


• Can explain architectural decisions and pain points they've solved


• Comfortable working independently with some mentorship from mid-senior frontend dev

Team Context
