The Role You'll Play
You're the first spark in the sales journey. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Mindbody, you'll connect with fitness and wellness businesses across the U.S., helping them discover how our software can simplify operations and fuel their growth. You'll bring curiosity, energy, and strong communication to every interaction, building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for impactful partnerships.

  • Own outbound outreach using lead lists, email, cold calls, and social media to spark interest and start conversations
  • Ask smart questions to uncover business needs and introduce Mindbody's solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Qualify leads and tee up intro calls for the broader sales team, moving prospects from interest to action
  • Keep your pipeline sharp and current in our CRM, ensuring every lead is followed up on and logged
  • Stay up to speed on industry shifts, competitor offerings, and where we bring standout value
  • Work closely with account executives and leadership to fine-tune outreach strategies and close more deals

Experience You Bring

  • Confident, natural communicator in both spoken and written English (this role supports U.S.-based clients)
  • Energized by talking to new people and building genuine connections
  • Organized and self-driven with a bias for action and results
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce or excited to learn
  • Bonus: passion for fitness, wellness, or helping small businesses grow
