Manuport Logistics (MPL)

We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing team and help ensure that every shipment is backed by accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.
What you'll do
- Manage and verify customer invoices in accordance with internal procedures and client agreements.
- Ensure accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and accounting teams to solve discrepancies and optimize the billing flow.
- Maintain organized financial records and support monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives within the Finance department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
- Knowledge of billing/financial routines and issuance of service invoices;
- Ability to manage deadlines and limits;
- Autonomy with responsibility;
- Organized and analytical profile;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Good communication skills;
- Proactivity;

- Intermediate English.
