About This Opportunity
We are a global ecosystem dedicated to the gaming industry, with platforms across various areas: education, employability, community, media, streaming, and marketing. Mundo Gamer Agency is our hub for creative solutions and influencer campaigns, focused on connecting content creators with relevant brands in the industry.

Responsibilities
Influencers:

• Select, invite, and onboard new talents to the Mundo Gamer Agency roster.
• Manage relationships with streamers and creators (onboarding, ongoing support, goal setting).
• Provide professional guidance to influencers regarding branding, media kits, and best practices.
• Monitor campaign results and individual performance.

Commercial

• Prospect brands, publishers, agencies, and advertisers interested in influencer campaigns.
• Create tailored commercial proposals with support from the creative team.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
• Oversee campaign deliveries, measuring KPIs and ROI with advertisers.
• Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of strategic opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements
Mandatory:

• Proven experience working with digital influencers (agency, network, production companies, or brands).
• Commercial experience: sales, prospecting, client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, autonomy, and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge in influencer marketing and conversion funnel strategies.
• Experience in the gaming market or genuine passion for games.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Trello, StreamElements, and Google Workspace.
