The Role
As an IT Solutions professional, you'll serve as the key technical leader, guiding systems management specialists and internal teams through complex challenges. You'll be the trusted expert that customers and Kyndryl account teams turn to when they need insight, technical guidance, or support during major incidents and critical technical discussions. With your expertise, you'll assess customers' IT environments, identify any technological gaps, and develop tailored remediation plans that elevate their operational capabilities. Your recommendations will be pivotal in helping businesses evolve and stay ahead in the digital landscape.

In this role, you'll lead the charge during recovery and restoration efforts, ensuring that progress is communicated effectively to stakeholders, from management to customer-facing teams. You'll track each action with precision, applying your diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.

When urgent or emergency changes are needed, you'll guide the team through expedited change management processes, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and smoothly. Your role is not just about solving technical problems – it's about leading teams through challenges, driving innovation, and shaping the future of IT solutions for our customers.

This professional will be responsible for administering and enhancing the IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of services provided to users.

Key responsibilities include managing the SCCM environment, such as deploying operating systems, applications, and updates, as well as managing collections, packages, scripts, and compliance policies. The role also involves automating administrative tasks using PowerShell and VBScript, developing scripts, and performing troubleshooting to adjust systems and applications.

The analyst will be responsible for monitoring and applying security updates through WSUS integrated with SCCM, as well as identifying and resolving issues on workstations and servers. Technical procedures, configurations, and operational processes must be well documented, and the professional will work closely with infrastructure, information security, and technical support teams.

Additionally, the analyst is expected to support integration and modernization projects involving Microsoft Intune, when applicable, and actively contribute to the evolution of the infrastructure with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills And Experience

• Ongoing or completed technical education
• Proven experience in SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager administration
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell and VBScript
• Experience with image and operating system deployment via OSD/Task Sequences
• Administration of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2012 or higher
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, permissions, and domain structure
• Familiarity with Windows Registry and system customizations
• Experience with basic ODBC configuration, applications, and SQL Server / SQL Express
• Knowledge of networking: IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP
• Availability to work in Recife - PE

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-101, SC-300)
• Knowledge of software packaging for SCCM and Intune
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, co-management, and Autopilot
• Experience with packaging tools (.msi, .intunewin, silent scripts)
• Experience with modern workplace projects or cloud migration
• Ongoing or completed higher education
