Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an MQ Support professional located in Hortolândia, SP, with some work from home acceptable. The MQ Support role involves day-to-day tasks including providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and handling customer support inquiries. The MQ Support professional will work closely with clients to understand their needs and resolve any technical problems that arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Technical Support experience, particularly with MQ systems
  • Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US
  • Experience in the technology infrastructure field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
