We're looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to drive the ERP-enabled evolution of Suvinil's operations as we integrate into Sherwin-Williams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a beloved brand, aligning processes, people, and technology in a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will focus on transitioning Suvinil's legacy ERP systems to Sherwin-Williams' standardized platforms, ensuring process alignment, operational continuity, long-term scalability and enabling legal entity merger along tax department, IT and all business functions.

  • ERP Transition Leadership: Drive the migration from Suvinil's legacy ERP systems to Sherwin-Williams' standard ERP (SAP), ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.
  • Process Harmonization: Lead the redesign and alignment of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Manufacturing to fit Sherwin-Williams' ERP framework.
  • Legal Entity Merger: Align organizational cultures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving integration strategies that preserve value and deliver synergies while minimizing disruption to operations and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with functional leaders, IT, and integration teams to define future-state processes and ensure cross-functional buy-in.
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new systems and processes across both organizations.
  • Training & Enablement: Coordinate training programs and documentation to support end-user readiness and system proficiency.
  • Governance & KPIs: Establish governance structures and performance metrics to monitor integration progress and process effectiveness.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risks related to system migration, data integrity, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business process transformation, or post-merger integration.
  • Deep understanding of SAP or similar ERP platforms, with hands-on experience in system migration projects.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of operational and regulatory landscape in Brazil
  • Language skills: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, & English
  • Exceptional ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas and technologies quickly
  • Exhibit ability to conduct research into applications
  • Exceptional systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques.
  • Exhibit superior communication and negotiating skills to effectively review efficient improvements with all levels of key executives, division management and control/budget level managers.
