is hiring an Accounting Analyst with a workplace based in Campinas,SP.

Responsibilities:

. Enhance quality and accuracy of local accounting records and reconciliations.

. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and reporting's to Head Office (NL).

. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.

. Perform accounting analysis of new transactions and changes in business operations.

. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit requests.

. Maintain and continuously improve internal control environment, including system configuration and accounting procedures.

. Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with corporate policies.

. Research accounting implications of new regulations and provide recommendations.

. Provide accounting input for tax-related transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment of tax items.

. Coordinate with tax teams for compliance with local tax rules and reporting.

. Maintain understanding of import/export accounting and cost center allocations when applicable.

. Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

. Participate in process reviews to identify improvements or automation opportunities.

. Support implementation and testing of new systems (e.g., TOTVS or others).

Educational Background:

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

. CRC registration mandatory.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.

. Experience with multinational or industrial companies (will be a differential).

. Intermediate English is required; Advanced or fluency is considered a strong competitive advantage.

Hard Skills (Technical Knowledge):

. Liaise with global teams to operationalize complex accounting transactions.

. Provide accounting guidance to cross-functional departments (Projects, Service, HR, etc.).

. Maintain strong relationship with headquarters to ensure aligned financial reporting.

. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, local GAAP and IFRS.

. Experience in internal controls, audit processes, and financial reporting.

. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (TOTVS preferred).

. High sense of responsibility and integrity;

. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multicultural teams.
