We are seeking a Graphic Designer who will support the team in developing training content, considering best practices in distance learning for adults.

Main activities:

  • Develop materials for training and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Collaborate with instructional design and educational content to create visual materials that support learning and retention.
  • Produce digital pieces and printed materials; create complete visual identities.
  • Propose solutions to UX problems (usability, findability, etc.) and create interfaces (UI) that maximize the student experience.
    Stay up to date on competing products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.

Differentials: knowledge of visual communication applied to learning; video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects); experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline / Rise).
