This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. {We are looking for local Talent}

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting on asset/liability operations and following up on their respective settlements with the administrator/custodian and internal systems;
• Registering and storing documentation related to fund operations, transactions, and expenses;
• Registration and approval of assets internally and with administrators;
• Registration of funds and the manager with brokers, administrators, and other applicable counterparties;
• Analysis and control of fund operations, expenses, and cash flow;
• Maintenance and submission of various support reports (trades, brokerage, fundraising, etc.);
• Monitoring of the invested portfolio (material facts, corporate events, amortizations and income, etc.);
• Contact with different areas and multidisciplinary activities (management, sales/IR, FP&A, administrators, brokers, etc.).
• Support to shareholders in technical and operational matters;
• Support in the improvement and automation of processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good level of Excel;
• English (advanced);
• Knowledge of investment funds;
• Knowledge of private fixed income operations;
• Previous experience in administration, custody, management, or treasury;
