Descrição do Cargo

O(a) Fullstack Developer Sênior será responsável por liderar tecnicamente o desenvolvimento end-to-end das aplicações de software da Nextpower, definindo padrões, revisando código e assegurando coerência técnica entre frontend e backend.

Funções Principais

  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de aplicações Angular + Java/GoLang/Python;
  • Definir e otimizar arquiteturas fullstack escaláveis;
  • Apoiar o design de APIs, bancos e integrações;
  • Orientar tecnicamente outros desenvolvedores;
  • Garantir performance, segurança e qualidade das entregas.

Qualificações Requeridas

  • Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas;
  • 6+ anos de experiência com stack Angular + backend (GoLang/Python/Java);
  • Domínio de cloud (AWS, Azure) e CI/CD;
  • Experiência com microsserviços e containers (Docker/Kubernetes);
  • Capacidade de mentorar e coordenar discussões técnicas.

Desejável

  • Experiência em SaaS;
  • Conhecimento em testes automatizados e performance;
  • Certificações técnicas ou cloud são diferenciais.
