About the Role
OnSpot Travel Solutions is looking for a junior-level, commercially curious professional to support hotel participation in predefined commercial campaigns.
This role is ideal for early-career candidates or those transitioning into sales/commercial roles who want to build strong fundamentals in outbound outreach, commercial conversations, and CRM discipline—within a highly structured and supportive environment.
You will work from clearly defined scripts, campaigns, and processes, engaging with hotel contacts, collecting decisions, and escalating complex questions to senior team members when needed.
Role Summary
Support hotel participation in predefined commercial campaigns by conducting outbound outreach, presenting standardized value propositions, validating interest, and ensuring clear follow-up and documentation.
Success in this entry level commercial role comes from consistency, organization, and coachability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to hotel contacts using predefined messaging
Present OnSpot and campaign opportunities clearly and confidently
Validate hotel interest in predefined commercial offers
Capture responses and guide conversations toward a clear yes / no / follow-up outcome
Follow up consistently according to guidelines and timelines
Escalate pricing, contractual, or technical questions to senior team members
Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, notes, outcomes, next steps)
Keep an organized pipeline and respect follow-up SLAs
Collaborate with internal teams when support is needed
Share market feedback and observations with the team
Meet daily and weekly activity targets while following process and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable speaking on the phone and writing professional emails
Interest in sales, hospitality, or commercial roles
Entry-level to early-career experience in customer service, sales, call centers, hospitality, or similar environments
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow structured processes
Ability to handle basic objections with guidance
Comfortable working toward clear activity targets
Strong organization and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus but not required)
KPIs (Training-Aligned):
Activity: calls made, emails sent, follow-ups completed
Process: CRM accuracy, documentation quality, escalation compliance
Outcome: campaign validations supported
Quality: adherence to scripts, tone, and internal guidelines
