Como Data Scientist PL, você será responsável por conduzir iniciativas analíticas, atuando desde a coleta e preparação de dados até o desenvolvimento, implementação e otimização de modelos de Inteligência Artificial. O que você fará nessa função
  • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções analíticas.
  • Conduzir análises aprofundadas para identificar padrões, tendências e oportunidades nos dados.
  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções de IA/ML, do protótipo à produção.
  • Criar e conduzir experimentos para testar novas hipóteses e validar modelos.
  • Projetar, desenvolver e operacionalizar pipelines de IA Generativa
  • Criar dashboards e visualizações de dados claros e impactantes.
  • Apoiar e orientar membros juniores da equipe.
  • Contribuir para a definição de estratégias de dados, IA e análise.
Esta posição é adequada para você se você tem:
  • Superior completo em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Física ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Python e bibliotecas como Pandas e NumPy.
  • Experiência com Matplotlib, Seaborn ou ferramentas similares.
  • Conhecimento sólido em SQL.
  • Conhecimento em Estatística descritiva, testes de hipótese e análise estatística.
  • Experiência com Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras ou PyTorch.
  • Conhecimento em NLTK, spaCy e processamento de texto.
  • Conceitos, padrões e experiência prática em aplicações de LLMs.
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas como LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow e Hugging Face.
  • Experiência na construção de agentes de IA e otimização de prompts.
  • Experiência na implementação de pipelines RAG e integração com OCR.
  • Experiência com boas práticas e ferramentas como MLflow.
  • Conhecimento em Amazon SageMaker e Amazon Bedrock.
Seria ótimo se você tiver:
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Experiência com equipes multidisciplinares e colaborativas.
  • Conhecimento em Jira ou outras ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
  • Familiaridade com métodos ágeis e de entrega, principalmente SCRUM e CRISP-DM;
  • Experiência com Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform, AWS CDK).
  • Certificação AWS Machine Learning Engineer Associate ou equivalente.
  • Conhecimento em Big Data (Spark, Airflow), DevOps (Docker, CI/CD) e práticas de MLOps.
  • Experiência com sistemas de recomendação, detecção de fraude ou outros casos avançados de ML.
