Responsibilities
  • Projetar e manter pipelines de dados para ingestão e transformação de múltiplas fontes, com foco em dados de sistemas de RH;
  • Conectar, integrar e sincronizar dados entre canais e aplicações que compõem o ecossistema de multiagentes de IA;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com engenheiros de IA e conversational designers na estruturação dos dados que alimentarão os agentes conversacionais;
  • Implementar mecanismos de rastreamento, auditoria e governança de dados para garantir segurança, conformidade e transparência;
  • Desenvolver dashboards e trilhas de auditoria para suporte à observabilidade e tomada de decisão;
  • Apoiar cientistas de dados na criação de datasets limpos, estruturados e prontos para modelos de NLP e análises preditivas;
  • Garantir a escalabilidade e robustez das soluções de dados com boas práticas de arquitetura em nuvem AWS;
  • Preparar a base de dados para evolução futura do assistente para canais como Teams, WhatsApp e aplicativo interno.
Prerequisites
  • Experiência sólida em engenharia de dados em ambiente cloud AWS;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de ingestão, mensageria e eventos: Amazon S3, EventBridge, SQS;
  • Experiência com computação em nuvem para execução de modelos: Amazon EC2, AWS ECS;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de monitoramento, infraestrutura como código e segurança: CloudWatch, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudCheck;
  • Capacidade de criação de dashboards e relatórios com Amazon QuickSight;
  • Proficiência em Python para construção de pipelines e automações;
  • Experiência com governança de dados e políticas de conformidade em ambientes corporativos;
  • Vivência com agentes conversacionais, IA generativa ou projetos de NLP;

Desejável: conhecimento dos fluxos de dados em sistemas de RH e gestão de pessoas;
