  1. Assist the group headquarters in managing the financial operations of the factory in Brazil.

  2. Conduct financial accounting for the daily operations of the Brazilian factory and prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local enterprise accounting standards. Transition the reporting standards to align with the group's financial standards, and collaborate with headquarters to complete the preparation of the group's consolidated financial statements.

  3. Perform regular tax accounting according to local tax regulations and ensure timely filing of tax returns.

  4. Review and approve business documentation for daily operations, such as contracts, reimbursements, payments, and other related business processes.

  5. Conduct business analysis on the daily operations of the Brazilian company and provide regular reports as required by headquarters.

  6. Supervise the daily operations of the Brazilian company, identify and report any internal control management issues, and provide suggestions for improvement.

  7. Complete additional tasks assigned by local management in Brazil and the finance department at headquarters.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.

  2. A minimum of 5 years of financial work experience, including over 3 years of experience in finance within local manufacturing companies in Brazil, with the capability to conduct financial accounting and tax declaration independently.

  3. Familiarity with local accounting policies, taxation, and business trade regulations.

  4. Proficiency in Portuguese and English as working languages.

  5. Experience managing teams of more than 3 people.

  6. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the financial management of Chinese-funded enterprises expanding abroad.

  7. CPA, CMA, or EA certifications are preferred.
