About the role

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with experience in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bioinformatics and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role involves developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our bioinformatics applications ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs of bioinformatics applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to streamline data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce development.
• Implement Salesforce Service Cloud features to improve customer support and service delivery processes.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Configure Salesforce settings to optimize system performance and align with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Salesforce development and customization.
• Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that support business goals.

Work model: Hybrid

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Integration Development & Customization Service Cloud Lightning and Configuration.
• Have a solid understanding of bioinformatics and its application within Salesforce environments.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Show proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce workflows validation rules and approval processes.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce advancements.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
