This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in an full in person work model.

Main Responsibilities

The Portfolio Companies (PortCos) People Analytics area is evolving, seeking to increase its impact on Workforce efficiency in the Ecosystem. Thus, while it is critical to maintain current processes, generating the dashboards, analyses, and reports agreed upon with each stakeholder, it is equally essential to identify, design, and build new methods and tools to support value creation.

This requires the team, including the PortCos People Analytics Analyst role, to have a combination of discipline and flexibility to both sustain and evolve the area's processes.

• As part of Patria PortCos Management&Transformation HR Team, develop and manage Workforce metrics, dashboards and reports for Patria´s Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds Portfolio Companies (PortCos).
• Support and optimize processes for PortCos Workforce data collection and validation, including Headcount, Payroll Costs, employee demographics, organizational structures etc.
• Support and optimize processes for PortCos Workforce KPIs calculation, including Turnover, Overtime, Absenteeism, Healthcare Plans costs and utilization etc.
• Support and optimize processes for the identification of improvement opportunities on each PortCo Workforce KPI, using techniques such as Trend analysis, Peer group benchmarks and Root cause analysis.
• Support the discussions with each PortCo of the possible ways to address the improvement opportunities and the documentation of the agreed Action Plans.
• Track with each PortCo the execution of the improvement Plans and their impact on the Workforce KPIs.
• Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in all Analytics processes in accordance with local laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Postgraduate or specialist degrees are pluses.
• Proven experience or academic focus in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HRIS or Workforce Planning. Knowledge of Payroll Processes, Systems and Regulation are pluses.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (such as Power BI - preferred, Tableau, or similar) is required. Skills in programming languages (Python, R) and statistical modeling are pluses.
• Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese. English proficiency desired. Spanish is a plus.
