Job Summary
Superbet's Finance team is on the rise, and it's an exciting time to become a part of it. We're looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals.
Join us to work with a remarkable team and progress in your Finance career. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of the Superbet Finance department.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle and ensure end-to-end execution — from it's opening, in collaboration with the business owner, facilitating cross-functional communication related to invoice processing and payment
- Analyze purchasing data to support strategic sourcing decisions and optimize procurement processes.
- Assist in the development and management of supplier contracts and agreements.
- Support supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and continuous performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in computer skills in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
