JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies and blockchain development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the product strategy and execution of decentralized applications and smart contract-based solutions. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to build and scale innovative DeFi products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize smart contract-driven products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features and technical requirements
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain-based applications
  • Stay updated on the latest Web3, blockchain, and DeFi trends to drive innovation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Web3 stack
  • Familiarity with Ethereum, Solidity, and other blockchain platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed product decisions
  • Passion for decentralization, blockchain technology, and Web3 innovation
