MISSÃO DO CARGO

Através de uma abordagem data-driven, o(a) Head de Growth será responsável por planejar, estruturar e acelerar o crescimento sustentável da Gioppo & Conti e de suas novas verticais de negócio, atuando em toda a jornada do funil: aquisição, ativação, retenção, receita e indicação.RESPONSABILIDADES


• Desenvolver e liderar a estratégia de Growth Marketing para todas as frentes da empresa (cidadanias europeias, direito aéreo, direito do consumidor)


• Criar, testar e escalar hipóteses de crescimento em canais pagos


• Mapear e otimizar todo o funil de conversão (Top, Meio e Fundo)


• Gerenciar e otimizar campanhas em Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok e outras plataformas junto a agências parceiras


• Trabalhar junto aos times Comercial e Branding para integração de ações


• Definir e acompanhar KPIs e métricas (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Churn, conversão por etapa etc.)


• Implementar e coordenar testes A/B constantes em páginas, anúncios, copies e fluxos


• Estruturar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para tomada de decisão estratégica


• Liderar ou apoiar a construção de um time de Growth conforme a expansão do negócioPERFIL IDEAL


• Experiência comprovada em Growth Marketing ou Performance em empresas ou agências


• Conhecimento avançado em tráfego pago, funis, CRO, SEO e automações de marketing


• Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de ferramentas como Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, RD Station, HubSpot, etc.


• Experiência com testes de hipóteses e mentalidade experimental (growth mindset)


• Domínio de métricas e tomada de decisão baseada em dados


• Excelente visão estratégica, organização e capacidade de execução
