What We're Looking For

We are seeking a
Scrum Master
with strong experience supporting digital product delivery within
financial services or banking environments
.


Please note: Candidates without recent or relevant experience in financial services, banking platforms, or regulated environments will not be considered.


Profile Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.


Mandatory certification:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Advanced certifications such as SAFe SSM or PMI-ACP are a plus.

3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments, ideally within commercial banking, online banking, or financial services platforms.

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) applied to regulated, client-facing products.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.

Experience with SAFe, DevOps, CI/CD, or banking compliance is a plus.


Languages (mandatory)


• Advanced English


Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement.

Remove impediments impacting delivery and product rollout.

Partner with Product Owners to maintain backlog health and delivery readiness.

Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, launch readiness).

Support the launch and stabilization of a new digital banking product.

Coordinate with Product, QA, Security, Operations, and vendor teams.


Contract & Work Model

6-month temporary contract (strong extension potential)

PJ (Legal Entity) hiring

Hybrid: Up to 3 days/week in São Paulo
