- Manage, coach, and grow product managers in your team.
- 8–12+ years of product management experience.
- Strong background with data-centric or AI-driven products.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver at scale.
- Experience managing and mentoring product managers.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
