Auxiliar de Arquivo

A Iron Mountain está buscando um motivador Auxiliar de Arquivo para se juntar à nossa equipe de Operação. Nesta função, você será responsável por gerenciar com precisão o armazenamento físico e a recuperação de registros confidenciais de clientes, garantindo a estrita aderência aos protocolos de segurança e conformidade, e mantendo alta precisão de inventário em nossos centros de documentação.

O Que Você Fará 

Nesta função, você irá:

  • Executar os processos diários para a recepção, armazenamento e recuperação seguros e precisos de documentos e mídias de clientes, utilizando uma abordagem focada em resultados.

  • Colaborar com as equipes de operações locais e a gerência para cumprir eficientemente os acordos de nível de serviço (SLAs) diários e apoiar uma cultura de melhoria contínua.

  • Garantir a conformidade com todos os padrões de segurança, normas e regulamentos da Iron Mountain para o manuseio de informações sensíveis, priorizando a clareza dessas responsabilidades.

O Que Você Trará 

O candidato ideal deverá ter:

  • Forte conhecimento em controle de inventário, procedimentos de segurança e melhores práticas de segurança física.

  • Habilidade comprovada em esforço físico, execução confiável de tarefas e alta atenção aos detalhes.

  • Ensino médio completo ou equivalente; treinamento adicional em logística ou inventário é um diferencial.
