About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, and reliable Executive Operator to work directly with our Founder & CEO.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, removing obstacles, and bringing clarity to a fast-paced environment.
You will work across operations, administration, logistics, product organization, and internal communication - ensuring the founder can focus on Product Engineering, Fundraising, Key Hires, and non-reversible decisions.
This is not a political, managerial, or strategy-only job.
This is a high-impact execution role for someone who takes pride in getting things done.
What You'll Do
- Organize the founder's agenda, priorities, meetings, and travel
- Prepare meetings with context, documents, and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal tasks, documentation, and information flow
- Manage operational routines (contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, finance)
- Solve problems quickly - from simple tasks to complex issues
- Support product & engineering with documentation and organization
- Maintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignment
- Handle ad hoc tasks that keep the company running smoothly
- Act as the founder's execution partner in all non-core areas

Must-Haves
- Experience in operations, coordination, or project management
- High sense of ownership
- Strong hands-on execution
- Digital organization mastery (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a Chief of Staff
- Not a managerial position
- Not a co-founder track
- Not a purely strategic role
- Not for people who avoid hands-on tasks
