Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Mineral Process Manager to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About The Role

• The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and analysts, as well as supervising the execution of ongoing projects related to the discipline. They will be in charge of developing their team, seeking new projects and clients, preparing proposals, and managing project costs, ensuring efficiency and quality in the proposed/elaborated solutions.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Mining, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering;
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the mining industry;
• Experience with mining projects in the study, conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering phases;
• Experience in people management;
• Experience with precious and base metals;
• Advanced/Fluent English;
• Operational experience will be a plus
• Spanish will be a plus
