Purchasing Intern (m/f/x)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Purchasing team in daily administrative and operational activities.
  • Assist in creating and updating purchase orders in the system (SAP).
  • Assist in monitoring delivery deadlines and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, finance, and engineering, to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, from the 3rd semester onward
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Differentials:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Intermediate English level
