What You'll Do

• Provide online coaching via the LiftTalk App, guiding individuals or couples in intimacy and emotional growth
• Assist clients in understanding and improving communication, trust, emotional expression, and intimate connection
• Guide clients to overcome emotional barriers, rebuild security, and foster self-acceptance
• Foster a warm, safe, and respectful coaching environment where clients feel empowered to express authentic emotions
• Provide scientifically grounded, practical, and empathetic strategies to enhance relationship satisfaction and personal well-being
• Strictly adhere to professional ethics and privacy protection principles

Compensation

As an Independent Contractor, you'll earn competitive commission-based compensation per coaching session. Detailed collaboration and revenue structure will be explained upon joining.

 Who You Are

• Professional Qualifications —— Certification or training in emotional coaching, relationship coaching, sexology, or intimacy counseling preferred (extensive experience also considered)
• Practical Experience —— Hands-on experience coaching individuals or couples in intimacy, communication, and self-exploration
• Strong Empathy —— Skilled at active listening, guiding clients with gentleness and openness
• Respect & Inclusivity —— Respects diverse cultures, identities, and expressions of intimacy
• Excellent Communication —— Proficient in using questions and reflection to deepen clients' understanding
• Tech-Savvy — Familiar with online voice, video, and text communication
