Torizon is a Linux-based industrial IoT platform that simplifies modern iterative development, maintenance, and operation of distributed edge devices. As a Full/Senior Product Manager – Software, you will be part of the Product & Technology (P&T) group, driving key product initiatives across Toradex's software portfolio — from embedded Linux to cloud-based tools and services. You will co-own product areas with the PM Software Team end-to-end, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they align with the broader product vision and strategy defined by the company.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to define priorities, shape product roadmaps, and deliver impactful solutions to our customers. While reporting to the PM Team Lead, you will play a leadership role within the team by influencing direction and fostering cross-functional alignment.

This role involves prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives in parallel, highlighting your independence and ability to drive several product areas simultaneously.

• Own and drive one or more product areas or initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Define, track, and analyze key product indicators to inform future decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.
• Represent the product internally and externally, effectively communicating vision and progress.

• Strong ownership mindset with a record of driving initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile, and product management methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role (3–5+ years preferred).
• An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value.

• Experience with embedded Linux, DevOps, or IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, OTA updates, and device management.
• Experience with developer tools, issue tracking (e.g., Jira), and analytics platforms.
• Prior experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.
